Lovely cinnamon rolls with a gooey pecan topping. This is an Stougaard old family favorite. Not the easiest to make, but well worth the trouble. Gooey and sweet. Best eaten fresh from the oven. I usually double the recipe because if you go to the trouble to make yeast rolls - make lots.
When my friend Dee gave me this recipe I was very skeptical. Who ever heard of cheesecake made with crescent dough? I made it one day when I had 3 back-up desserts and it was one of the first to go. So easy to make and a popular demand by my family, I make it all the time. Hey!! Even my no-impress mother-in-law asked for the recipe!!! Enjoy!
Choose a pretty pasta - bow tie, penne or rotini. That 's half the fun in making this salad. A nice Italian dressing adds plenty of zip, and the only thing left is tossing in the chicken, green onions, olives and a few cucumbers.
Diced chicken is combined with cream cheese, cream of chicken soup and mixed vegetables. This tasty, very creamy filling is poured into a pastry-lined pan, covered with a top crust, and baked until the pie is tender and golden.
Everyone enjoys the fun of tearing into a pull-apart bread. This savory loaf sports a coating of Parmesan and herbs, making it a fine accompaniment to many pasta, chicken or beef dishes.
